When will my order be ready to ship?

Muse Glass jewelry is made to order with estimated production times posted at the top of the home page (as well as shown during checkout). As a one woman shop, the time needed to make a piece can vary depending on current order volumes. Rest assured, your jewelry will ship within the posted time frame and I truly appreciate your patience and support of quality handmade.

What if I need it sooner?

I offer rush service as an upgrade during checkout which expedites production of your order and ensures your jewelry will be made and ready to ship within 7-10 business days. 

USPS Priority is also available as an upgrade for extra speedy shipping.

How do I find out my ring size?

If you are not sure of your ring size, I strongly suggest being professionally sized at a local jewelry store. It's quick, free and yields much more accurate results than using online sizing tools, minimizing the potential need for a resize.

How do I find out my arm band size?

With your arm at your side, wrap a measuring tape around your arm where you would like to wear the band (or the widest part of your elbow if it is larger, as you will need to slip the band past your elbow to your upper arm) and get the length. If you don't have a measuring tape handy, you can use a string or ribbon to wrap around your arm, mark the length and measure using a standard ruler.

What if I ordered the wrong ring/arm band size?

I offer resizing for most rings and arm bands (depending on the difference in size requested) for a reasonable fee + shipping costs. If interested, please contact me at museglass@gmail.com. I will confirm if it is possible for your item and send you the resizing/return details.
